I wanted to stretch the hummus recipe I had just made so I smeared about 2 tbsp onto a whole wheat wrap and folded in fresh watercress, two small roasted red peppers sliced and some lemon zest. On the side, I stirred up plain yogurt, a tiny pinch of minced garlic (fresh of course), tiny leaves of fresh mint diced, sprinkled whole flax seeds and drizzled with agave syrup. The punch of the garlic with the sweetness of the mint and syrup is a nice little compliment.
